Refunds are directly made via the payment method you have chosen when placing your order :
- Credit card : the refund will appear within 2 to 10 days on your bank account linked to the card used to make your purchase. If the refund occurs within 3 days after your order, we cancel the transaction. That is, you will not see any debit or credit on your bank account.
- Paypal : The refund will be made directly to your Paypal account within 1 to 2 business days.
- Alma : Alma: The refund will appear in your bank account within 2 to 5 days. If all the instalments have not yet been paid, the remaining instalments will be cancelled.
If any of the deadlines have been exceeded and you still do not see any trace of refund, please get in touch with our customer service to regularize the situation.
