Payment

We offer several payment methods to facilitate your purchases, some of which depend on the country of invoicing.

At step 4 of the checkout process, all available payment methods will be displayed.

Our main payment methods are

  • Carte Bleue (all countries) via Sogenactif
  • Apple Pay (all countries) via Stripe
  • Google Pay (all countries) via Stripe
  • Paypal (all countries with the option to pay in 4 instalments)
  • Alma (payment in several instalments) (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy,Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal)
  • Giropay (Germany) via Stripe
  • Bancontact (Belgium) via Stripe
  • Ideal (Netherlands) via Stripe

 

cb visa mastercard Payment by credit card

We accept payment by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard). Your details are secured by Société Générale's SOGENACTIF system, guaranteeing you a totally secure transaction.
What's more, all our online credit card payments are protected by the 3D Secure system, which enables enhanced control of the cardholder.

 

alma Payment in 2 or 3 instalments with Alma

In order for your payment to be accepted in several instalments, you must meet certain eligibility conditions:

  • The amount of your purchase must be greater than or equal to €100 including VAT. To find out more, please contact us.
  • You must be over 18
  • Your personal details must be complete: first name, surname, email address and mobile phone number.
  • You must have registered a valid bank card
  • Your bank card must come from a country accepted by your brand and by Alma. To find out more, please contact us.
  • Your bank card must not be a prepaid card

Please note that paying in 2 or 3 instalments with Alma is not free of charge. You will have to pay additional charges when you check out:

  • For payment in 2x with Alma: 0.65% per transaction (0.78% incl. VAT)
  • For 3x payment with Alma: 1.29% per transaction (1.55% inc. VAT)

 

paypal Payment with Paypal

We accept payment by Paypal. Your details are secured by the Paypal system, guaranteeing you a completely safe transaction.
You must have a Paypal account to make this type of payment. Open a free PayPal account: click here

With Paypal, you can also pay in 4 instalments free of charge (see conditions with PayPal).

 

Payment by voucher

To redeem a voucher issued by our customer service department, simply enter the voucher code received by email before validating your basket.
Please note that it can only be used once, and any amount not used on an order will be lost.
If the amount of the credit does not cover the total of your order, you will have to pay the remainder by the means of payment of your choice.
