Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a returns procedure.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and with its label intact. Buyers are asked not to remove the labels or soil the items.
If, for any reason, the original packaging is no longer available and you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
Non-returnable products
All personalised products, such as flocked football shirts, skis with bindings fitted, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I request a return?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return.
To make your returns request, go to the dedicated area by clicking on the "Returns" link for the order of your choice in your history (My Account area).
Once you are on the returns platform, simply follow the steps below:
- Order identification: enter the first and last name used in the order's billing address, the date and the order number.
- Reason for return: select the reason for your return request
- Products to be returned: confirm which product(s) you wish to return
- Acceptance of terms and conditions: accept our terms and conditions and agree to abide by the following conditions:
- I acknowledge that the items are in their original condition
- I acknowledge that the items are in their original packaging with labels and instructions
- I acknowledge that the items have never been worn or used
Return costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. No refund will be made.
However, if one of the products concerned by the return is non-compliant or defective, and subject to validation by our customer service department, you will be reimbursed for the return by means of a prepaid label.
Defective products due to transport
If you have received your order and you notice that it has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 4 working days (on receipt of your order). After this time, we will not deal with your complaint.
To do this, please send us a message via our contact form giving us as much information as possible about what you received with your order.
Please also provide us with visible photos of the following items:
- A photo of the item with its visible defect
- A photo of the parcel
- A photo of the parcel shipping label
Please note that these photos are compulsory.
If your request is complete, and after examining the documents, our customer service department will send you a return within 48 working hours. Otherwise, an additional response time may apply.
Return time
As soon as your return request has been accepted, you have 15 days to send the items back to the following address:

Refunds
All refunds are made within a maximum of 30 working days from receipt of the return.
Exchanging items
We do not offer item exchanges for size, colour or the product itself.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item using our returns procedure and then place a new order for the desired item in the correct size or colour. Once we have received and processed the return, we will process the corresponding refund.
