Your payment was refused ? There can be several causes :
- It could be that your internet connection is capricious...! In this case, we invite you to go to a place where the connection is better or to wait before placing your order.
- It could also be that the time to enter the secure 3D code is exceeded ! You only have 5-10 minutes to enter the code received by a text message to validate your order. If this deadline is exceeded, your order is cancelled, we invite you to review it.
- We invite you to check your credit card or Paypal account details. Make sure that the information provided is correct, for example, the expiry date, or that the billing address is the same as on your bank statement.
- In addition, your credit cart limit may not allow you to place an order for the current month. In this case, we advise you to increase the limit or to use another payment card.
If, despite all this, your payment has been refused, we invite you to change your method of payment (possible payment method on our sites : credit card, Paypal, check).
